An old style hotel with a nice size room, a kitchenette with plates, glasses etc. Really great mattress and superclean! You can tell that the whole place is really well cared for, and everyone is super friendly. Walk everywhere downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.

I couldn’t stay at this place. I had made a reservation and arrived about 20 minutes after booking. To my dismay, it turned out that the room was double-booked. The other party arrived shortly before I did, and they canceled my reservation and gave the room to them, claiming they had arrived first. The staff informed me that there were no other rooms available, so I was unable to stay. It was a very disappointing experience.

I’ve stayed here before because the rooms are clean and the location is great. Everything was good except the office was supposed to open at 6am but when we went at 6:15am to get ice before a long day of hiking no one was there.

Great location on a quiet street, but just a block from 191 and restaurants. With the fridge and microwave, we could have breakfast in the room every day. The coffee supplied is way above average. Friendly staff.

Be aware there is no bathroom sink! The only sink available in the unit is in the kitchenette. It's not exactly ideal to shave or brush your teeth in the same sink where you are prepping food and washing dirty dishes.

This property is older, but maintained. It had a small kitchenette which was handy but the kitchenette sink was the only sink so you are brushing your teeth in the “kitchen”. K-cup coffee was provided. Laundry was handy. This location was great and we only drove to the parks. Otherwise, we were able to walk which was really nice.

Staff was very helpful. I didn’t know about the pass that was needed to enter arches national Park. After checking us in, she asked if we were going and guided me to the website to get a pass for the next day. She saved our day. Properly is nice and close to everything. Older hotel, but very good price and amenities.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it! Very close to town but also off Main Street enough to feel quiet. There were really nice flowers all over the property which I thought was a super nice detail. The only thing we would change is the neon lighting in our room. Small detail but otherwise everything was great!
