Quiet & Spacious Rim Village Townhome, Views, 2 King Beds, New Pool/Spa Coming!

Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We have been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to own a second home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are pleased to be able to share this experience with you! Our townhome is Y2 in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

Update! We're excited for the Rim Village pool & spa remodel! The pool & spa will be closed for this remodel from September 30 to mid-April 2025. (Normally the community hot tub is open year-round & the community pool open seasonally.)

Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 8 in the dining area. There is a Weber grill on the patio - eat inside or on the spacious patio with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bath: Main bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large closet. Bedroom #2 (king bed) and bedroom #3 (two twin beds) share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and hair dryer.

The townhome is on ground level = no stairs.
WIFI & Cable TV are complementary.
Washer, dryer and laundry detergent are in the laundry area.

The 2 car garage provides a secure place to store your equipment and gear. For trailers and large rigs, guest parking is located on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Guests must observe the HOA rules.

Our cleaning fee is $139 per stay. Our Damage Protection policy is either $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500, You'll have the opportunity to choose the damage protection on page 3 of the booking process and the quote will be updated.

Our team is always available should you need any help during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations on things to do and places to see.

Our townhome is 15 minutes from Arches NP and 25 minutes from Canyonlands NP, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world! Adventure is just around the corner. Jeep into the depths of Canyonlands. Marvel at Balanced Rock. Go rock climbing on the famed Wall Street. Mountain bike the world famous Slick Rock or head up to Navajo Rocks. Hike to a breathtaking, rich red sunset at Delicate Arch. Discover ancient petroglyphs & pictographs in hidden canyons.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. Our family stayed at this property while visiting Moab and area parks. The house is clean, well laud out and very comfortable. We also appreciated the scenic views from west facing windows. We enjoy cooking and had no trouble preparing several favorites thanks to the well appointed kitchen. All the beds were comfortable. The garage was a nice amenity to keep us and our vehicle out of the snow during comings and goings. All around a very pleasant place to anchor our visit to Moab. Definitely plan to stay again.

Perfect stay
This property was perfect for our family visit - boys 2 years and 4, mom and dad and grandpa. Nice sized bedrooms, great common area to relax and play. And location - perfect! Ten minutes to town and twenty to Arches and other outdoor areas. Never had to feel stressed. Lovely neighborhood with great views in all directions.

This home was just what we wanted for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands national parks. It is far enough out of town to disconnect and enjoy the dark sky, but close enough to access the Moab amenities. The home itself is secluded within its devlopment. The home is spacious and well-appointed. We loved having access to coolers and the garage. The house is well stocked for those who wish to cook meals, with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, seasoning and a grill. The pool and hot tub are great features after a day of hiking. The hosts were responsive in their communications. Highly recommend.

Exceptional property, location and property managers
Stayed for a week with my spouse and friends. Had a lot of mountain biking and hiking plans. Communication with property manager was great with fast responses to our questions on the logistics for our planned activities. Property was clean and comfortable. Having a garage to assemble and store the bikes was a dream. Would go back to the property and the Moab area in a heart beat.

This year it was just my brother and myself on a 4x4 excursion from Colorado. The home was beautiful, well maintained, well stocked with everything needed and fulfilled all expressed details. It was in accessible location to Moab and the Southern 4x4 trails. We had a fabulous 4 days and look forward to the next opportunity to revisit Moab. This home will definitely be on the list to return to on future visits. I hope the owner found our use of the facility to be as if it was our own.

Great location just a few miles south of Moab. We used the coolers (stored in garage) every day. When we needed more paper products, we were given the code to the storage room so that we could get more supplies. Very comfortable unit.

Great communication!
There were last minute notifications from the county of street closures for sealing. Our owner was in Europe and communicated as soon as they knew, before our arrival. From this, I was able to plan and understand what was needed for parking my tow vehicle and trailer, etc. many other tenants in the area had no idea, of the closure or information from their owners. I appreciated not being “surprised” the day of and or getting my tow vehicle and trailer towed away!!! Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

We enjoyed our time in Moab. We brought our ATV's and drove Hurrah Pass to Chicken Corner and the Gemini Bridges trail. We enjoyed grilling and dining on the patio in the evenings and cooling off in the pool after hot days of trail riding.
