The Rim Village community is located just six miles away from the activity of downtown Moab and 12 miles from the breathtaking natural formations at Arches National Park.

This single level condo is truly charming. The bright and cheery living room has a fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for curling up and relaxing after a day of adventuring. This space opens into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can easily make and share meals with friends and family.

Step out on the private patio and watch the sunset over the La Sal Mountains while huddled around the firepit with your favorite people.

Inside, there are three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen, and a third with two twins. There are two additional rollaway beds and two full bathrooms, which means there's plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a cable TV.

Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, central A/C, a two-car parking garage, and a private washer/dryer.

You'll have access to the shared community pool from April to October and the hot tub from February through November. Spend your days hiking and biking along nearby Moab Rim or Slickrock Trail. Very nice place to stay
The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house fit 6 Adults and 2 kids very well. The kitchen was stocked with most of the cooking supplies you would need. The only thing I wish were better were that they had more options of seasonings other than salt and pepper and some comfortable blankets for the couch or bedrooms. The only blankets they had were the yellow ones you see at hotels. Would definitely stay again. There were plenty of parking for trailers as well as a 2 car garage that was not specified on the listing.

Great place!
We had an issue with checking in because we arrived at midnight and the code to the door didn’t work. We called the help number, and she was able to get us in after trying a few different codes. There is also no way to open the garage door from outside. Those items aside, the neighborhood is great, the place was clean other than some baseboards being dirty, the kitchen is well stocked, and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. We liked being just a little bit out of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Your home was great the Price VRBO charge as,ll the extra CHARGES are a rip off. You guys need to look at what the owner get and what management gets. Management dial back your charges to make it more affordable. Not worth it and won't do it again!!!!!

Great rental
The property had everything we needed for a 6 day trip to Moab. Clean and well stocked, spacious. Great complex, pool is close to the unit. The patio is huge and we loved using the fire pit at the end of the day. One thing to note is you do not get afternoon shade, so we tended to bbq and eat later than we normally would. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Home was clean except carpet has some stains and bathroom throw rugs need replacing. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. We would like to return for another vacation.

Great place for a family!
We really enjoyed our stay here! We drove out to Arches NP several times while in Moab and the drive from this place was great and easy. Our kids enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Nice and spacious, clean, plenty of room for our family of 5. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location close to shops, restaurants and all the parks. Townhome had comfortable beds and was generally clean. Master extra blanket was very dirty and found a few critters. Lots of off-road enthusiasts stay in this village so simply expect it. Would stay here again.

Four adults stayed at this place for 3 nights. The house was very clean, the location very close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very clean. The shower head broke in one of the bathrooms and maintenance came out immediately and fixed the shower. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Nice place, nice floor layout, nice location. Disappointed when we arrived s note was left for us saying the central air wasn't working due to it icing up and that if we let them know that after it thawed out and still wasn't working they would bring a portable ac unit. We stayed 2 nights there and called 3 times to report ac wasn't working and it was quite warm during the day and miserable sleeping at night. On last night staying there a service tech finally came out and looked at the central air and did a few things. House didn't cool off until we checked out the next morning

Everything was good, however the AC stopped working upon return home from the park on our fourth evening. Had to take time out from hiking to call property manager. AC was fixed upon return to home that evening. On our last night the smoke alarms went off 4 or 5 times starting at 1 AM. Got no sleep on my last day before departure on an 18 hour drive. There are ants in the house. The can opener provided did not work, so had to go to store to purchase one.

Great space, location but minimal offerings
The spade is great, the area is great, but the dishes were dirty, the rooms didn’t smell great and it just overall wasn’t very clean. The bed linens didn’t smell good either-we had to buy air fresheners, our own pillows and wash the towels to feel better in the space. Sorry, just being honest. I expected a very clean space for what I paid. I have stayed in the rim townhouses before and this was not the greatest.

Absolutely Perfect
My family really enjoyed our reunion at this beautiful property! It suited our needs perfectly with good sized bedrooms and baths, a nicely stocked kitchen, and comfortable living room. Our favorite spot however was the outside patio area and fire pit where we relaxed each day after fun excursions into the nearby National Parks! The unit and surrounding development was very clean and welcoming, so quiet at night, and the stargazing was outstanding! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this unit again if we are in the Moab area!

House was not clean
This house was not clean. There were food wrappers on the floor of the master bedroom. There was a used earplug on the floor of the queen bed. The toilets had hair on them. The towels were dirty. The blinds in the living room are broken so people can see inside. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see a lot of stars. It’s about a 5-10 min drive to Moab. I would not stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness.
