No parking. They had a lot of people with trailers taking up 5 parking spots. They have a lot to park trailers but all the multiple trailers were parked in the lot taking up multiple parking spots. There was literally not one parking spot to use when I got in later. They need to do a better job at enforcing parking trailers in the trailer lot. Ridiculous

Breakfast had proteins (sausage and eggs) as well as muffins, bagels, pancakes, and waffles daily. The hotel was not in the center of town so we didn't hear a lot of traffic noise. The hotel was very quiet and exceptionally clean. If we return to Moab, we will stay here again!

The property is conveniently located in Moab. Staff was very friendly, rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was sufficient with basic scrambled eggs and sausage waffles and pancakes. Coffee was very good! Staff kept dining area clean and well stocked! Fresh fruit was usually apples and bananas. Nice hot tub that felt great after hiking!

I choose this property based on an exceptional rating. I regret the choice because the noise level. I heard outside semi trailer traffic almost all night. Our 2nd room hardly slept due to screaming and playing children in the room beside them. We felt exhausted the next morning. This was not what an exceptional rated hotel should be.

The property caters to large crowds of tourists and provides an extensive self serve buffet which many guests enjoyed. It is just not my kind of breakfast. I am fussy about the quality of the coffee as well as food and do not enjoy cafeteria style dining. But the room was comfortable to return to after a long day of hiking.
