Everything was great, kids loved hot tub and pool. Everyone was pleasant. 1 complaint- last night of the stay we got very noisy neighbors who screamed, yelled, stomped etc after 10PM. With waking up early each day to do hikes, we needed rest. We called front desk at least 5 times and nobody picked up. My husband had to go downstairs to talk to receptionist. They should been able to answer when called! Breakfast was ok but every day the same thing. Would be great to swap it up because the third day noone wanted to eat same thing again.

We wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool. I tried contacting the hotel several times to make sure their pool was working and no one answered the telephone. I made the decision to go ahead and book, when we arrived the pool was broken, the hotel clerk told me I should’ve called first 😡

We had a great stay at this hotel! The pool/hot tub were great and our room was very clean! Breakfast had many options also. We had a clean/comfortable stay, and I liked the location of the hotel.

The staff and the overall property are amazing. The only downside and it isn't the fault of the hotel is that if you have a room that faces the highway it is very loud. This is a busy trucking route through the state and I would have like to have know this ahead of time.

Great place for families.

The breakfast was great and service at breakfast was wonderful. Staff was fantastic and our rooms were clean. pool was heated for the kids. Would stay here again.

Overall it was a very good stay. Room is big but storage is lacking if you are there for multiple days. Bathroom / shower are excellent. Overall facility is maintained well and clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping depended on who did it; not consistently good (we left good tip everyday!). Worst part was the food at BF; just plan on eating outside. Orange juice had only orange color but no taste. Coffee was decent for a hotel.
