Ditch the Cell Phone
Everything was great except for the young man who was working the night shift (4:30 am 10/23). He was more interested in talking to someone (a woman) on the speaker of his cell phone than helping me. Even while he was helping me he kept her on the speaker. They were speaking in a language I couldn’t understand but it did not seem to be an emergency or anything urgent. We also couldn’t find him when we tried to check out.

Room was dusty around the edges. No hair conditioner. My main problem was with the hair dryer. I got up, took a shower and we were scheduled to leave in half an hour. Went to dry my hair - it did not work. My husband went to the front desk - they had none. They said housekeeping could give me one later. it was cold so I had to wear a beanie. We got back to the room at 4pm and they gave me a hairdryer but… IT DID NOT WORK! I took it back to the front desk and finally - someone cared. Housekeeping finally brought me a hairdryer that worked! Too much effort for a simple item that is advertised to be included.

Newer property, enjoyed the overall decor both in the room and the hotel. Staff very attentive. Sad the Wi-Fi was very weak throughout the property. Conversely, the TV and channels were great! Why the disconnect? Caution… ask about those adjoining room doors! We got one cause the place was fully booked. Young kids next to us! The $300 spent not worth the noise.

This hotel is fine and what I expected from a Wyndham hotel, but it doesn't justify a price of >$200 for a single night in mid-October. This was by far the most expensive hotel of our entire trip, and all of them were about the same quality.

Not the best.. but not the worst
Check was busy and the staff was overwhelmed. Room was clean and tidy. Blinds wouldnt roll down so we used the black out curtains to close the windows. Breakfast was ok.. area for breakfast packed. . staff was super friendly and pleasant our entire stay. Somehow another room dialed maintenance and got my room asking for a plunger so that was as awkward. The hotel itself is located a little south of main street Moab so go grab a bite to eat or have a cocktail is a drive. The area around the hotel isn't developed so it was hard to walk the dog but after being outside and hiking all day it didn't matter.

Great 3 night stay for National Parks!! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Pool was clean and plenty or towels inside the pool area. Breakfast was very good. Real scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, make your own pancakes, etc

It was a nice place and had a decent breakfast. But early mornings were loud with people slamming their doors and people with their dogs in hallway barking. We were also room right next to the ice machine so we would hear people all night and morning getting ice. We could also hear the toilet flush from the next room every time they flushed.
