The hotel is older. Room was small and bathroom was TINY. Food was mediocre, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Jason was awesome at check-in. He saw me struggling with the luggage cart, 2 grandchildren, and my husband on a walker. He came outside and brought the cart in for me. So nice, when he didn't have to. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Accommodating staff and clean comfortable room
The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet. Karen did a fantastic job in mixing the complementary cocktails and and food was good. The cook went out of their way to ensure my daughter, who cannot eat anything but liquids, had soup even thought it was not on the menu.

The customer service was excellent and the hotel had wonderful amenities that made our stay much more enjoyable. Our room had some areas that weren’t very clean. We found old batteries and medication under the bed and in the closet
