Luxury Stay in the Heart of Downtown Mobile
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service and hospitality were exceptional, and the amenities truly enhanced my experience. The on-site restaurant (Le Moyne’s I think is the name) was a standout with its delicious gumbo, lobster bisque, and vibrant atmosphere. The lounge was the perfect place to unwind, offering stylish decor, comfortable seating, and an impressive wine selection. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable—I can’t wait to return

No room service and poor customer service
The Building is nice but tht staff could be better…went to get a cocktail right before 9 and was told they were about to close while the bartender made drinks and had conversation with ppl like the night would never end…asks for a drink and took it up to my room while she entertained other patrons… also they promise warm cookies and milk but you gotta beat the staff because clearly they think the cookies are for them and not the guests… the 4 Day was quite underwhelming also the rooms are very small and ice machine was out for my entire stay.

We loved it! Beautiful hotel and great bar. We had champagne upon arrival and they left glass bar ware for us to use. Each night they put out cookies. Staff was amazing!! Allison, the bartender was great!

This hotel is adorable! We booked that morning for a single night as a stopover on a long driving trip. We were surprised at how pretty everything is! The art is so cute & our daughter loved the evening cookies. The room was well-organized & a good size. The only thing some may not like is the air unit fan is very loud. It didn’t bother us as it provided white noise, but I wanted to make others aware of it. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! The poor reviews must be from miserable people that complain about everything. Or if chandeliers and baby grand pianos offend you. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the water could have been hotter in the shower. The eco- friendly part I’m assuming. I brought my 2 dogs and we received dog bowls, bandannas for them to wear and a keychain of waste bags. Will definitely be staying here again!
