Welcome to our beautiful "home from home" in Beattock, near Moffat. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Be sure to take a country walk around the park grounds, or by the on-site lake. (Minimum stay 2 nights)
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, iron & ironing board, a freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (with tea/coffee freely available for your use), washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.
The cozy house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in the sitting room and in each bedroom. Each is loaded with a large selection of Freeview channels and movie streaming services. Each bedroom also comes with an Echo entertainment hub. The property comes with free wifi internet access and a Hive controlled heating system.
The lounge/dining area is open plan.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom (family room) contains a double bed & single bed. There is also a travel cot available for your use.
*Please note the bedroom configuration can accommodate up to 9 guests. Exceptions are made for infants under 1 year old, but the total number (including infants) must not exceed 11 persons in total.
There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Toiletries are freely provided.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The property comes with two private terraces.
- The larger front terrace comes with an outdoor table and seating for 6 people. There is also a barbecue for outdoor dining. This is accessed from the sitting room via double patio doors.
- The smaller, private terrace is attached to the side of the property and is accessed via double patio doors from the master bedroom. It comes with an outdoor table and two chairs.
The property also comes with a private garden which hosts a private hot tub for your personal use during your stay. The hot tub can accommodate 6 people and is pre-filled, heated, chemically prepared and ready for the arrival of new guests. (Please note, the hot tub will not be available for use in certain circumstances outwith our control, including in the event of health and safety issues, faults or scheduled maintenance). House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking in the private cabin drive-way for up to 3 cars.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
The lead guest will be contacted 24 hours before arrival for entry instructions.
