My friends and I loved staying at this property so much! There was so much space and everything was very clean. The views of lake superior were stunning and we would love to come and stay again! We even got to see the Northen Lights!

This place had everything we needed to get by for our 4 night stay. Very clean space and well decorated. I'm sure we will be back soon.

Nate’s property was exactly as described. The large pull-through driveway was great, as we had 2 full size vehicles both towing trailers. Easy access onto trail 3 for dog walks and side by side exploration! Our Husky brought a friend up for lunch and an afternoon trail ride followed by some pool before heading back to campus. Mohawk is a great starting point for waterfall exploration, and the Superette has anything the rental property might not have. The assortment of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and storage containers was second to none! Bathrooms had extra toiletries. Water pressure and temperature were wonderful! With 3+ more years of my son at MTU, we will definitely book this property again!

Had an unforgettable and absolutely lovely time here with my husband and our dog. The cabin is cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is stunning — it doesn't get any better than a fire on the shores of Lake Superior. Jason and Misty were kind and communicative and I really appreciated the thorough list of recommendations they gave us. We hope to stay here again!! 11/10 experience.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. We love it! It is a central hub for the area we are hiking. There are trails to be found all around! The property itself is perfect for two people. (i’m sure it’s perfect for more than two people as well.) The kitchen is well provided. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee and coffee maker, toaster… you name it, it’s there! There are plenty of towels for showers. You can do a load of laundry after a wet day of hiking and be in the shower at the same time without danger of the hot water running out! This is a big plus! The television is a Smart TV and we were able to connect to our favorite streaming service and watch a show as our evening wound down. There is even a great restaurant just across the yard. We needed reservations, but calling a few weeks in advance got us in fine. The back deck is excellent! It looks out over a lovely expanse of grass and a huge tree that was in full color. Bette responded to our inquiries within minutes. She never left us hanging! I wish I could gate keep this property, but it would be unfair. I cannot wait until our plans allow us to return again!
