When I came in room there was a dirty towel in middle of room. There was hair in the bathroom floor. I told front desk and they said they’d take care of it but never did. Also I reserved king bed and they gave me 2 double beds and they stated that’s all they had and nothing they could about it.

Great stay
Stayed for one night before going to MetLife Stadium. Found it to be a much more affordable option while still being somewhat near the stadium. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the front desk staff was very friendly. I'm super picky about hotels but I was impressed with everything and would stay again. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust on top the headboard and all the frames and my boyfriend used the men's room off the lobby before we departed and he said it was a disaster, literal poo on the floor and trash everywhere. There was a large party that night and things maybe got a little rowdy. Other than that it was great and we would defintely stay there again.

Great place for a layover at Newark. While the property alerted me beforehand about a system they had for keeping people from smoking marijuana in rooms, clearly the room next to ours didn’t have one as the smell was pungent in our bathroom. Restaurant was good for late night snack and breakfast.

I got scared
On Sunday morning around 9am someone opened the door to the room while I was sleeping, I said who is there and they automatically closed the door, when I checked out, they only said so and so it was the cleaning staff, it was very frustrating for me because I could have been naked, no so good for me, for that incident

Edwin , Aldo and the rest of the staff are one of the best customer service providers I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve traveled extensively. The staff here is a perfect example of it cost nothing to be nice.. The facility is clean modern and the suites are super roomy. I will be returning constantly.
