This hotel is always fun and delightful. A few departments are still out standing eg, entertainment staff is amazing concierge fabulous. The jerk center staff is not the best cassita in the Japanese restaurant is just wonderful, Johanna in entertainment lights up any situation and this older lady that is always cleaning the are near the main buffet could teach house keeping a lot like how to clean. The food needs to be better it wasn't good this time around too much off the same thing every day and most of the meat are way too overdone. The front desk needs more staff for check in, can have one person check guest in when there is a line. I still love the hotel it's a beautiful property. Some s

This is my 3rd time here..good updates but too many stairs to go from reception to the pool, dining and the beach. There is a lifted but really out of the way. Transport is available but will be much easier with lifts to take you quickly. All the amenities were well presented and service was good.

The hotel keys locals in. There was a fight at the pool after a local touched a minor inappropriately. The staff eat guest food and the was no good in diving rooms. My child is left traumatised after this holiday

First experience at this resort.My Birthday week there. Enjoy the staff. What I didnt enjoy was the food. Maybe more varieties of food. Maybe more entertainment for adults who love to dance and have a good time. Room changed due to leaking in my first room. Add maybe more option in the mini bar in fridge. Overall I enjoyed myself.

We stayed on the family side on this trip….. the staff was warm and helpful however initial sharing of general information was lacking…… we had to find everything on our own. Not much entertainment on site and our request for birthday decor and crib was not done even though front desk made the request in advance. I am a returning guest but was not pleased

So there is the Grand and the Luxury; the Grand is in a period where they are about to do a massive renovation and it needs it 1000%. The location was wonderful, the pool closed too early and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was great, the saxophonist (exceptional), the violinist (exceptional) the Dj’s and fun party on the beach (wonderful). This property will be amazing once they have renovated. So until then stay at the Luxury.
