Resort was very family friendly, food was good. Cabana area was absolutely beautiful! One thing I will say is the service for the cabana is hit or miss. For the pricing of the cabana I would have expected more attention from staff. At times I would have to wait at least 40 minutes before someone would come By to order something. If the cabanas do not come with one specific server, then at least make sure that server doesn’t have to also serve so many other areas.

Limited Resturant’s have to make dinner reservations in advance , always fully booked . Breakfast buffet same thing everyday . Rooms are quite small . Also ac in room not that strong my son would wake up sweating evey night and ac was on lowest temperature.

Beautiful property, outside seems to be more taken care of than the inside. The pull out sofa was extremely dusty, you can tell they only surface clean, not sure when it has last been cleaned THOROUGHLY. Feel like they could have more variety of food, a lot of repetitive dishes. Our server in the buffet area (Raddai was THE BEST) Pools close at 5pm. Nice stay for relaxation not much of a party place.

Room was in terrible condition, however kept clean. Food selection and quality was subpar. Location was close to the airport which was a plus. Grounds were kept in excellent condition. Lazy River area was the highlight of our stay. Staff was excellent. On website it said that the hotel would provide a shuttle for $10 one way. That was not the case, they gave you the number and info to book with Jamaica tours for $15. Although they did arrange for your return trip at the concierge desk but again for another $15. We stayed when it was still Wyndham Hotel and loved it but we will not return.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Food was good. Hit foods could have been a little warmer. Entertainment was nice. Only issue I had was the first day, my room was not cleaned and we didn’t get towels and toiletries until 5am the next day and after 3 requests.
