This is a very old property. It’s well maintained and clean, but old. NO AC! Only the front desk and rooms have AC. The pool area is engulfed by surrounding buildings offering no ventilation. It is hot, steamy and mildewy. The food is terrible to fair at best. The staff is very nice and pleasant but cannot compensate for this vestige relic of the all inclusive genre. Quantity over quality. The photos of the place are not representative of the resort.

Sea Garden Beach Resort was a very nice resort. Very clean, spacious rooms. The property itself was very well maintained! Nice flowers,shrubs and trees with well lit walkways and beautiful gardens! Made you just want to walk the property and take pictures. The tv signal was horrible but that’s about the only thing I did not like. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every person I met greeted me with a smile! The food was exceptional and whoever you were, vegetarian, pescatarian of meat lovers— there was a wide choice of food for everyone!! I really enjoyed my stay at Sea Gardens Resort in Montego Bay! See you on my next trip to Jamaica!

We booked this resort for one night due to a flight change. If it has been more than a day I would have asked for a refund and left immediately. The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful and hateful. The food was inedible. I ate white rice and toast in 24 hours. The whole place was outdated, run down, and Dirty. Our room looked like a hospital room from 1976. The bathroom didn’t have a light bulb. The wait staff in the buffet restaurant were extremely rude. I would not recommend this resort to my worst enemy.

The food was one of the best I have had though the hotel is not as luxurious as many others. The environment was clean & the staff was Extremely friendly and helpful! Maximum big ups to Charm at the tour desk & to Dwight, the kitchen manager.. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was pretty good, and everything that you needed was close, whether it was the beach, a store or a drink. I had a great time and I would definitely visit again!

I stayed here for the weekend with my friend. We were recommended this resort; however, we’re really disappointed with the way we were treated. The front desk person who checked us in was the only person who made us feel welcome (I am sorry I forgot your name), but otherwise we felt like we did not belong. We had a hard time getting a reservation at the restaurant and had to ask many times to let us try the Italian restaurant. Additionally, our room was really dirty and the sheets were not as clean as we expected. The food was the same daily and not great. The drinks were ok, but we were fine with them. I would stay here if you want to be close to the hip strip but I will not be coming back here. Though, the best part was the beach area and that is something you will love!

This was our 3rd or 4th? Time staying here. We love the beautiful grounds and beach area. The beachside bar could use easier access . However , the bartenders and beach grill staff are great ! All the staff from reception , waitstaff , entertainment and housekeeping are excellent. They keep everything so clean and tidy. Great service and so pleasant. The food is very good and the omelette station is excellent ( fast and delicious). . This is an older but well kept property . Rooms are spacious , comfortable beds and decent a/c and water pressure in bath. Our check-in was a bit delayed this time while but we were able to enjoy the property , drinks and food while waiting. There were some more improvements to the property this time as well.

Food was ok. Hotel staff response time is lackadaisical. Room need updating, one main light didn't work, no full length mirror other than the smoky bathroom. Bathtub floor stain from removed suction. Sink had fowl smell. Room flooded when it rain. Phone doesn't work. What I did like? Good AC and nightly Entertainment was very good. The live band and singer were very talented. A few staff were friendly, photographer did a great job capturing some photos and me and my family.

The property overall is dilapidated. Stayed at this resort for 3 days….the television never worked, the hot water in the shower has a mind of its own, and my room had ants that ruin my food. However the food was excellent and the location was safe.

A large beautiful resort. Very impressed with the service. Everyone work with an urgency for travelers. My friend and I felt safe. Letting front desk know we're leaving premises,they have transportation drivers credentials to assure our experience fun and safe. Our room was clean and nice garden view. Buffet was nice plenty food. Just need more variety for children. My favorite was breakfast. Omelette made to order. We stayed 4nights it was hard to leave. We will surely return.

Customer service was not friendly and they were able to just come in my room and they were saying the room wasn’t occupied and clearly I had a key. The door to the balcony was broke and when it rained the water came in on the floor. I told them about it and no one came to help. Also you can’t eat in the room and I was scared to leave my belongings there due to the staff coming in and out. They did it 4 times and I was very upset. We checked out at 6 am and went to sleep in the airport until our flight was ready to go

There is no elevator I found the stairs a bit of a challenge there was four flights to the room I am age 74 the room was on the top floor .The room was nice, lovely beach access and good tasty food Staff very polite and helpful . Other than a few little hiccup very nice I would stay there again
