Great property, staff was friendly and helpfull for all questions. Beatifull beach, great bars and the best the restaurant was the bare foot grill. Great jerk chicken and beef patties. Property could have reggae music at the bars for a better atmosphere. Till next time

It was nice and clean, beach was beautiful water very nice. What I liked the most was that had accessed to all three hotels. Didn't liked the fact that they didn't have at the pool Bars Premiums Drinks,that was a turned off.also they didn't offered room upgrades, they did after I complained to expedia. But the room and amenities in the room was not that great, they were supposed to gives a bottle of Sparkling wine p/room they didn't, instead they wanted to charge $20 dollar. After complained about it ,finally they gave it to was.

I stayed on this resort for 5 days the customer service was excellent! There was alot to do within walking distance between St. James and Wild Orchid. I did however go with my friend but this seems to be more of a couples resort. The food was pretty good but I wish they had more room service options or change them more often. The drinks were ok. The property is just beautiful all over day and night it was also very quiet and peaceful. If I was to do a couples trip id definitely go back.

Our stay here was the best! We have been to Jamaica before but Secrets St. James top all the rest. Service was amazing and it truly felt like home away from home. All the restaurants where SO GOOD and gave us the experience of Jamaican food we needed. We will definitely will be back.

The room was very noisy...the a/c unit was loud...the room service wasn't good...we find bug in the room...check in was awful...we didn't get into our until about 430pm

Our AC in our room was terrible. Wouldn’t get colder than 76 degrees, even at night. The jacuzzi had problems and that was the only reason we upgraded to preferred. The property just seemed run down and major need of an update. Very disappointed for a Secrets resort.
