I stayed at this Hotel by booking using the expedia application or Internet website. My complain is that the reception office staff do not have knowledge on this procedure. The guy told me that my was not completed, and that i will need to send them an email. I tried to show him the information in my cellphone "intenerary number and confirmation" and he never pay attention to it, like if he did not care. After, figuring on how to send him the email, he was not convince and doubt about my booking. it was until i got very mad, and told him that i really booked and received my intenanry, that he gave me the key. I think you guys to to train or have a better system in the reception.
