Everything was good at the hotel, but the only thing was that I was given up one bedroom when I asked for a two bedroom and then couldn't be accommodated for what I needed so I had to sleep in the bed with my aunt

The room was clean and average for the price, however the service at the restaurant was horrible, the waiter that served us was rude and never asked us if we needed refills. It’s a buffet, all waiters serve is drinks, and he wasn’t able to do that.. Plus when we finally asked him for drinks he gave us attitude….

Almost everything was great. I had a charge show up on my credit card for 420 pesos. When I spoke to hotel staff, they showed nothing on my account. I had to have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Not sure if it was their fault but hate to have to deal with.

Hotel is average, staff for the most part was Nice. One night the guard did not believe I was a guest and tried to kick me out of the property of pure thought and the buffet staff has horrible customer service

Arrived late at night and I perceived a bad smell, I was so tired and went to bed immediately, in the morning I noticed that the ceiling was covered in mold, the room was in terrible condition overall and dirty, hair in the shower, dust all over, I requested a change of room and they told me I had to pay extra, for the “same type of room”. I told them that I was leaving the hotel, and preferred loosing the money I already paid and just moved to another property. Finally they agreed to move me to another room that at least had no mold in it.
