Front desk muito lentos. Pedi cobertor e demorou quase duas horas para entregar no quarto. Aa vezes tinha fila na recepção ,porem somente um atendente,mesmo muitas vezes alguma outra pessoa do staff passando por L,como se nada fosse. Simone e Edna da co,inha são nota 1000.

I have been in many hotels both in the U.S. and Brasil and it seems that this hotel has thought of about everything to make a stay comfortable - the room was spacious, with the A.C. working great and the best hot shower pressure ever. The staff were thoughtful and the breakfast was great (bacon in the eggs was special). I would only ask for cable TV with CNN.

Tínhamos voo muito cedo e o hotel foi a melhor opção, pois é pertinho do aeroporto. Perdemos o café da manhã pois o voo era muito cedo, mas conseguimos descansar bem. Chuveiro é excelente.

Hotel bom, mas me parece que mudaram a administração. Equipe simpática. Café da manhã bom. Os problemas foram: sem travesseiros extras, sem toalha de rosto no banheiro, box vazando e controle do A/C estragado.
