The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend.

The area is very quiet, making it ideal for relaxation, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. Will recommend all Chinese to stay at this hotel for lake view at a cheaper budget. The location is close to the train station for morning movers. 在依云住店如果不租车需要一定体力和毅力爬山😄

We had amazing time at Les Balcons du Savoy! Patios, quiet with a great pool and amazing views, close to the Chamonix center and close to the bus shuttles! We’ll be definitely coming back!
