This property was patched up and the hotel is so old. The ac didn't work in the room. The maintenance came to fix add was unsuccessful.. There is an expectation of Hilton Hotels, especially Embassy Suites, this hotel does not meet the expectations. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs to be shut down, torn down, and rebuilt. The area had a few homeless folks panhandling.

Heated pool hours need to be later. Elevators are old, slow, and noisy. Free drinks arent a perk if you're only giving out bottom shelf. Breakfast was awesome, staff friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner did not work well, the room was so hot, the bathroom door was broken and very difficult to shut, the room smelt like wet dog. The staff was very friendly and had great customer service!

From entering the hotel, the staff members made eye contact with you and smiled. Just a little work needed on getting new mattresses. Otherwise, great stay and awesome breakfast!

Bathroom was cramped for one person, let alone multiple sharing a room. Bathroom was also dirty and the sliding glass door for the shower did not slide. All staff we encountered were fabulous, extremely kind and accomodating which made up for the lack of cleanliness in the room. The reception in the evenings also was fantastic and worth the price of admission. Would recommend cleaning crew double check that no food or drinks are left in fridge and cabinets after each guest. We disposed of partially consumed food/drink items.
