The hotel staffs were very professional in general the hotel was very convenient there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby not far from Montpellier but you must have your own transport because there is no public transport very good would stay again

The hotel ,staffs were very professional the hotel was very clean and comfortable bed there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby not far from Montpellier about 4 kilometres but you need to have a car to get to the hotel there is no others way except by your own car

Not my cup of tea!
The hotel was slightly below average at best! It was smelly and needed to be updated. We didn’t really feel safe as there weren’t any peep holes on our door and the stairway didn’t have lights. At check in, the receptionist wrote our room number and the code to our room in a piece of paper and gave it to us. At that point, I felt like we were being set up. However, the room served its purpose but, Never again!!!!

Établissement à éviter
La climatisation n’est pas entretenu et fait un bruit infernal, qui résonne et empêche tout sommeil jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit coupée, pour un endroit où notre premier souhait est de bien dormir c’est manqué ! Côté propreté les fenêtres n’ont pas vu de torchon depuis des mois du coup on voit tout juste à travers… bref en dernier recours plutôt que dormir dans la voiture mais pas plus !

Pour une nuit de secours OK, mais pas plus
Nous avons séjourné fin août, du vendredi au lundi : une nuit aurait suffit. Salle de bain très mal conçue : on prend une douche, le sol se retrouve gorgé d'eau car l'eau ne s'écoule pas dans le bon sens ! Durant tout le séjour, on a eu des problèmes avec les toilettes de la chambre, où la chasse d'eau fuyait. Le personnel n'est même pas venu dans la chambre examiner le problème, malgré notre plainte. Le sol de la chambre était peu propre et la chambre n'a jamais été renettoyée, ni même le lit fait durant tout notre séjour (alors que l'on était pas là de la journée ...). Une personne à l'accueil est là de temps en temps. Méfiez vous des horaires indiqués (chambre accessible à 14h) car vous n'aurez pas nécessairement quelqu'un pour vous donner la clé ... Le personnel est là juste pour vérifier votre réservation, après il ne faut plus compter dessus. Bref, pour une nuit de passage OK mais vraiment pas + et si vous pouvez changer d'hôtel !
