About this property

This fully furnished stone holiday home of 60m2 is situated on a plot of 536 m². All accommodation units are connected to sewerage, water, electricity and have their own shower and toilet. Each owner has carefully decorated the interior and therefore gives the whole a personal character. During the day, all kinds of activities are possible at the park, either in a group or entirely on your own. In short, a park where you will enjoy the warm, southern climate in a beautiful setting, close to many tourist attractions, but in the atmosphere of the pleasant French countryside. In addition to the space, the peace and the beautiful hinterland of the Languedoc / Gard where you can canoe, view caves, horseback riding, etc., you will find the following facilities at the park: a swimming pool (24 x 11 m) and children's pool (9 x 4 m ). Open from May to September. Outdoor pools under the supervision of a lifeguard, a restaurant, bar and large covered terrace (open April to September), playground (for the little ones), volleyball court, table tennis, Jeu de boules court (illuminated at night), tennis court (for a fee) ), laundry (for a fee), entertainment program (brief) in July / August, reception / library.
The house has an L-shaped living room with open kitchen and patio doors to the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms; a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine (ironing board + iron available). The living room is fully furnished and in addition to a color TV (with satellite also Dutch channels) also has a radio with CD player. Wi-Fi is available in and around the house. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a fridge freezer and a gas stove and microwave. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (2.00x1.60m), bedroom 2 has a fold-out single bed and a bunk bed (2.00x0.9m). Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Blankets, pillows and duvets are provided. You only need to bring bed and household linen.
This region has a glorious past and a varied landscape. From the Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful sandy beaches, there is first fairly flat land with some inland lakes such as the 'Etang du Thau' and the 'Etang du Vic'. Along the coast are some hills with towns that have a history from far before the beginning of the era such as: Sète, Agde, Pezenas, Beziers. Further inland are the extensive vineyards. Even further north, the landscape becomes really hilly. Limestone subsoil alternates with slate and red bauxite soil at the 'Lac du Salagou'. Wine is grown on lime and slate, it is a wonderful sight, vines that stand between the boulders and yet bear fruit. In the limestone, rivers carved beds that sometimes have enormous dimensions, such as at the 'Cirque de Navacelles' and in the' Gorges d 'Héric' and at Minerve and the dried-up part at Mourèze. Rivers locally disappear underground, creating caves. The Clamouse stalactite caves are the best known and are among the most beautiful in France. In the hinterland are also the reservoirs and these are of course also suitable for water sports. Remains from the 6th century BC have been found in the 'Oppidium of Ensérune'. A hill with excavations can be visited there. Agde has vestiges from the time when it was traded with the ancient Greeks and Romans. In Beziers there are 9 locks in a row: 'Les Neuf Ecluses' also an attraction. For lovers of modern architecture, a visit to Montpellier is mandatory: architect Bofill has built a whole new neighborhood in a style that combines concrete with ancient Greek columns.
