The property is well managed, staff friendly and helpful. The neighborhood appears to be recently developed and is seeing a lot of constructions, making the area dusty. Transportation to the airport without a car is inconvenient. I look forward to going back.

Very close to the REM station with direct access. Didn't have to leave the building at all. Clean and quiet. There are some shops nearby but if you want more you have to drive

The check-in counter staff were unprofessional. 1. Did not clearly explain where to park and on which floor. 2. Did not tell which floor the room was on. 3. Did not mention the room number but wrote on the envelope as a number, which was not clear whether it was number 4 or number 6. Had to go back and ask again. 4. Did not explain whether there was breakfast or not and what time it started and ended. 5. Did not explain whether there was Wi-Fi for customers in the room or not. 6. The first time we met, they did not say hello, just nodded for us to walk over.
