The staff were professional. The hotel is nice and clean. Although, I didn’t really like the smell around the elevator areas. Overall a great alternative hotel for us at the Laval area since we visit frequently. Conveniently located the metro is right across if don’t want to drive to downtown, there are many dining options and a nice mall near by. Thank you for a nice stay. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Cheap toilet paper and kleenex.
We did not like at all the really thin toilet paper and kleenex. We know that this cheap quality is more economical but we have to use tons of paper, so there absolutely no economy at all for the hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé, moderne et sécuritaire. Chambre très bien aménagée avec beaucoup d'espace et commodités. La salle de bain a beaucoup d'éclairage et un grand miroir pour faciliter le maquillage du matin et la coiffure. Je recommande à 💯 %.

Was a nice newer hotel. Only negative is they charged me for parking when I’m a Marriot member and we advised them of that when we checked in and they said we wouldn’t be charged for parking.

I stayed at this property twice. First time I gave them benefit of the doubt but this time. I think there is something systematically wrong. I did not get the room I selected and paid for. Staff gave me a room that was down graded and I am not happy with this kind of treatment. I had paid in advance for the room. If you are out of that type of room, upgrade my room but it was down graded. It is sign of disrespect by staff and management.

When there is an event next door at Place Bell, pack your patience, traffic jams around the hotel, police routinely hold ride spot checkpoints each evening around the hotel. The underground shared parking causes additional delays. Otherwise a good time.
