A few minor hiccups with me being stuck in the elevator on a Sunday for an hour. However, fire department came to the rescue. Attending manager also went all out to provide additional comfort by providing complimentary stay to assuage the negative experience. This together with the top shelf facilities ensured another satisfied customer :-)

Maybe it was just me. I had lot of issues with the property. 1. Driving Directions at the middle of night isn't great. Had to spend extra 10 minutes to find the parking lot. 2. There was a room mix up and I got a smaller room as my room was given to someone else. 3. Had to move to the regular room within 5 minutes as there was another mix up the following day. 4. The toilet stopped working the following day and I had to use the common area toilet. 5. The breakfast is what you pay for. Not sure what the egg is made off. Overall the facility is clean. I just ran into a lot of issues. I loved the underground car park and the car wash.

Lits instables et bruyant (grincement) Pres de l'autoroute donc très bruyant. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et nous avions mis la pancarte Ne pas déranger. La femme de chambre est entrée a 8h30 du matin dans notre chambre réveillant toute la famille.

The place very clean. Including gym room. Laundry room also you could do. The reception was very pleasant. Also they have indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was ok. But you jlhave option to go near to little plaza and eat. People were pleasant and polite. Is worth it to go again. I really recommend 👌.
