We arrived to find that the staff had started a 48 hour strike that coincided exactly with our two night stay there. The room was not serviced at all during our time there, carpets in public areas were filthy. This was a real shame because, if it was not for the strike, the hotel would’ve been perfect in a great location. The staff that had continued to work were lovely.

There was hair on the bed sheet and small pieces of food in the corner of the bed and room smells like weed staff doesn’t speak English. Will never come back at this hotel again. I did book for city view but was given the back view room.

Stay was mostly fine other then the hotel giving another family access to our room by mistake and the family entering our room at 10pm…front desk then called our room at 11pm asking why we were in there (because that’s the room you gave us)…not a great experience with two little kids in the room.

Nice hotel
The room was nice, clean and quiet. The restaurant was nice. We enjoyed a great breakfast as well as a late dinner and drinks at the bar. I didn't care for how the hotel is set up. It occupies the 10th floor of a large building. Our room was down a long zig zagging hallway. The pool looked nice although I didn't get a chance to use it.

The hotel was really fun being on the 10th floor. The amenities were great although one of the hot tubs wasn’t working and also the sauna. The staff were great. Our room seemed clean until I noticed the cobwebs above the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice; great facilities, pool, gym, etc. The sauna was out of service which was unfortunate, however the rest of my stay was quite pleasant. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and professional.
