Absolutely loved the Hotel and the two restaurants adjoining it. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The amenities and the decor were just incredible. The only downside of our stay was the construction going on around the Hotel-I’m sure it’s been a challenge for both the staff/owners and the guests. The rooftop terrace/bar was amazing-drinks and selections great. We loved the new Greek restaurant-Mama C’s on the first level. The food was some of the best we had ever had. Our waiter Vasili was fantastic. I would highly recommend the restaurant to any foodie (especially one who enjoys Greek food). It was positively gourmet. Merci Beaucoup to everyone at the Nelligan for a great stay. Can’t wait to go back and visit again soon. 😊

We weren't told that the road outside was being dug up. Had to drag our cases for 1/2 mile to get to the front door. The hotel is clean and comfy but too much "in the middle of things". Later we moved to Vieux Port a few blocks away: much nicer experience (I reviewed that one too).

Wonderful boutique hotel
Loved this place and all the character it has. The only downside is construction however I would book it again even if construction was still on going. The location is perfect for walking to all the hotspots that are just a block or two away in all directions. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was true to photos on line and the toiletries were top notch. Rooftop dining with a spectacular view.

Wonderful, clean well situated Hotel with friendly staff. You should know that the street directly in front is torn up, under construction. Since we were driving by car it was a little more difficult to navigate but with the help of staff and valet parking it did work out fine.

Like the hotel very much but there is construction both inside and outside. Neither bothered us because we were on the quiet side. Not sure if they put guests on the noisy side. The street is closed at the hotel entrance which once caused us a problem connecting with an Uber driver.

The Nelligan was recommended to us by a friend. Our room was next to the rooftop bar and elevators. Noisy and a lot of traffic coming and going. Our room was not clean (trash under the bed) and the bathroom was nice but the toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet was broken (Leaked and not secured to the sink). We were only there for one night but I let the desk know upon checkout and he was surprised but I did not see him make any notes in the system to have it checked and repaired. Hopefully, they did. Most likely will not stay there again.
