Great location just on the edge of the old city. Easy walking distance to new Montreal as well. Hotel is clean a works extremely well for both business and family. Second floor doubles as a convention centre which means you can access the business workstations and have an online meeting outside of you room when travelling with family. Staff is top notch, Claudia the Manager is noteworthy in her response and service. Stayed there twice so far and looking forward to our next visit.

Epic booking fail.
The hotel did not have my reservation even though I pre-paid! Terrible experience to arrive and not have a room. The hotel had even sent an email ahead of my arrival saying the booking was confirmed. Had to go elsewhere because they were fully booked for the night. Wasted hours contacting hotels.com to request a refund.

First time staying in Le Westin, Montréal and surprisingly the room is spacious and so clean. It’s walking distance to China town, old Montreal, port of montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica. We enjoyed the city and the hotel so much. Thank you Le Westin and Expedia.

Great location with easy access from the highway and to metro stations. Valet parking was full when we arrived but underground parking across the street was available at a much cheaper rate ($20 per day). Good size rooms and quiet.

The hotel is centrally located to aold Montreal and downtown Montreal. Clean, comfortable with a well furnushed fitness room. There is a pool, ice plunge pool and hot water pool. As well a sauna.

Beautiful, clean property in a convenient location in Old MTL. Didn’t have a chance to use the gym/pool or go to the restaurant. Room was very spacious and overall hotel was quiet and comfortable. I would rate the valet staff 5/5. Unfortunately check in and check out were a bit of a challenge. Our room wasn’t ready for check in time and the front desk person offered no apologies or sympathies. We asked how we’d know when the room was ready and it was our responsibility to come back and ask. We were going to go to the hotel bar for a drink but there were no restaurant staff around despite being open. Check out was a bit chaotic to get an elevator. Otherwise, we didn’t have any other interactions with staff.
