My issue was that I got a room with bad smell, weak internet and after a day the room had no electricity so I had to change room. The staff was helpful and helped me to find a new room with electricity but this property needs some maintenance. I book many rooms throughout the years in many states and I don't like to leave bad reviews just this time I think the management needs to know and improve and other guests needs to know this one is not the best unfortunately.

Dirty AC smelled like a dirty diaper

Problem with the booking we were charged again for the room an additional charge was told at front desk I would have to contact the third party Hotel.com to get reimbursed working on this called my bank and dispute the charge got to room was hot turned on the AC smelled like a dirty diaper had to sleep with no AC very uncomfortable

The hotel was cheaply remodeled with no craftsmanship whatsoever. The shower/tub had mildew. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We asked for another room; it wasn't much better. At least it didn't smell of smoke.

Staff was nice, room was nice, except bathroom needs paint refreshed. Air conditioner works but is missing cover of controls that tells what dial does what. I managed to figure it out. Exterior needs work. Street sign faded, stairs need refurbishing. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed here before a canoe trip down the Gunnison River the staff moved our whole party to the first floor so that we didn't have to carry coolers and all of our equipment upstairs it was awesome

Was hoping for more basics to b

The hotel is ran down, wifi did not work in the rooms further from the reception, the privacy latch was broken in our first room, the AC was missing the entire panel behind the 2 knobs, making it a total guess work, the toilets got plugged and we had to plunge it ourselves, at continental breakfast the yogourts were warm and stayed without refrigeration for 3 hrs, there was no decaf, no fruits left by 7:30am, and only white sliced bread to toast. The key cards deactivated randomly (even when isolated as instructed); for a 3 night stay, the room was done only the first morning but not the other days, without explanation. Part of the facility common room are blocked with furniture and used as living area for hotel management. There are exposed wires and outlets unprotected, holes in the walls.
