We were initially supposed to stay 5 days but since I felt so comfortable there I extended by 2 more days. The hotel was clean and the receptionist was so helpful( I forget her name). Anytime we had questions she always had answers and was very pleasant. Will visit again.

For the price you pay, certain features are strange. They refuse to give out complimentary body lotion and insist you pay. The waiter at the on-site restaurant kept getting orders wrong and seemed thoroughly disinterested. Had to take three orders and the supervisor himself coming over to get the order sorted. When the food came, it was pretty underwhelming. Property is generally clean and new. Well located in a nice suburb of Paris. Metro is 6 minutes walk away ensuring you can get into the center of the city in no time. Going by metro to the airport takes more than an hour though due to need to change for the slower RER or a bus.

Conforto e bom custo-benefício
Adoramos o espaço do quarto e o atendimento da recepção. Todos se esforçaram ao máximo para que a comunicação em portunhol fosse possível. O serviço de quarto foi excelente, cama confortável, isolamento acústico e temperatura ótimos. Ficamos 8 dias e enjoamos do café da manhã, sempre o mesmo. Sentimos falta de um café coado, bolo, suco natural e frutas. O elevador também deu problema em alguns períodos, principalmente no horário do café. A localização é Ok pela proximidade da estação 4 do metrô, mas a região tem pouca oferta de restaurantes. Vamos indicar o hotel sempre que solicitado, a condição custo-benefício valeu a pena.

Bon après-midi! Nous avons apprécié les installations de l'hôtel, son confort et le personnel de la réception qui s'est montré très serviable. Cependant, une dame de la cuisine qui organisait la file d'attente du petit-déjeuner s'est montrée très hostile envers ma mère qui ne parle ni français ni anglais, car nous sommes entrés par les escaliers et non par l'ascenseur et nous n'avons pas vu la file d'attente. Cette dame est venue nous voir brutalement et a parlé fort au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner en nous demandant de quitter la table et de faire la queue, une situation embarrassante et inutile.
