Welcome to Wilderness View by Tiny Away! The ideal farm stay QLD accommodation is located in the tranquil neighborhoods and beautiful surroundings of Mooloolah Valley. Set on 8.6 acres of wildlife, with bushland views on one side and a tropical setting on the other, while remaining close to town.
On lazy afternoons, sit outside and read a book or sip a cup of coffee while admiring the lush trees right outside your door. There is something for everyone, including scenic walks, BBQs, and other activities.
The Space:
Wilderness View by Tiny Away is located in Mooloolah Valley, nearby Banana Bender Pub, Ewen Maddock Dam, and 24-26 minutes to Caloundra beaches. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddock. Guests, however, have limited access to the land host's house and the sheds.
If you are interested, we also have pre-orders listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.
- Fresh eggs are subject to availability; please ask the host before booking
- Firewood will be supplied for guests staying two nights or more and that surplus can be purchased at the local BP service stations or IGA.

Mooloolaba is within a short drive of the property while Noosa Shire and Brisbane are about an hour drive away.

- Caloundra Beaches like Kings Beach and Golden Beach are all within 24-26 minutes of the property.
- Ewen Maddock Dam is a nearby attraction ideal for picnics and BBQs while admiring the vast watery expanse.
- Banana Bender Pub offers unique and reasonably priced Australian menu options such as steak, salmon, and beers.
- Australia Zoo allows travelers to see native Australian wildlife, including the animals from African Savannah, South-East Asia and Bindi Island.

By public transport:
We recommend guests travel by private vehicle as it is the easiest mode of transportation or via bike, walking, or horse. There is also a train station 2 km down the road that links to Brisbane CBD.
If you have a wedding or function nearby, we may be able to assist with dropping you there or taking you to your car the next day. Please contact your land host 24 hrs advance so they can prepare the necessary arrangements during your stay,
If you're interested in getting to the property or tiny house without a car, there are also local Uber drivers you can book to travel to and from our property.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have 3 miniature goats, chickens, and wild ducks
- We have a wolfhound dog in the fenced yard around the main house
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to close the windows and doors, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
Safety guidelines
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming animals or livestock (and noise) on our property
Important note:
- Don’t wear open-toed shoes during snake season or when walking outdoors
- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
