Wonderful staff, but hotel ready for an upgrade.

The service from the staff was next to none. So friendly and helpful. The front desk receptionist even called to ensure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable. The hotel is older, and is ready for an upgrade. The breakfast was nice, but the plastic cutlery and the styrofoam plates were of lower quality, which made the experience just that much less appealing.

Great stay, will continue to stay

Beautiful older hotel, the water fall feature in the lobby is so nice and calming. Rooms are good size, beds could be a little better but pool is very warm and breakfast is good.

The check in went very smooth and they later called my room to be sure everything was ok. The room and facilities were in very good shape, even though it is an older hotel. Not much right next to the hotel, but downtown restaurants, a brewery and other shops were only a half mile away. It is also great to have free parking.

I loved my stay! I will say they could stand to replace the mattresses, but everything overall was great! The staff was friendly, the breakfast had variety, and we were mostly very comfortable.

Great place

Great place to stay, but once you arrive park in front and check in before you park in the parking garage after 7pm or you will have to walk all the way around to the front. They don’t tell you that when booking.

This is an older property in desperate need of a refresh or upgrade. The restaurant and lounge were closed. Parking was in a garage behind the building. The carpeting and furniture in the room had stains on them. The bed was not very comfortable. The refrigerator was very noisy. The room had a door to connect with the adjacent room. There were guests in that room who were up until 2:30 am talking loudly and playing music that could be easily heard because the walls were so thin or not sound-proofed. The breakfast was mediocre. I couldn’t cut my pancake with a knife. We were planning on staying 2 nights, but checked out after 1 night. Not worth the price. I would avoid this place.

Staff here were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a generous bathroom. It did have an outlet without a cover plate and the plug was hanging out nearly touching the bed, so we unplugged the lamp to avoid a fire. Our room overlooked the corner that the hotel was on and it wasn’t a terribly busy road but I could hear every time a truck went by and it did wake me up. The breakfast buffet was also only ok. By 9 am (ended at 10) almost everything was gone and I’m not sure if people who came after us got food or not.

Was looking forward to relaxing at the bar after a 3 hour drive. But the bar has been shut down as well as the restaurant. This needs to be updated on Hotels.com. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
