This property was ok. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I rented the hotel for two people an adult and a child and I had to pay extra for the towel for my child. Plus they only cleaned during certain times so if you over slept your out of luck. There really wasn’t anything to rave about, but the location was great and those were the only complaints. Overall if you stay you won’t be disappointed!

利用したのが連休中ということもあり、夕方のチェックイン時は混み合っていた。エレベーターが一つしかなく、荷物を持ったまま5分ほど行列に並んだ。チェックイン時間の分散対策をした方が良いと思う。

朝食が◎
東横インはどこも同じと思い、暫く泊まっていませんてした。が、今回泊まって無料朝食が秀逸でした。スタッフの頑張りを感じました。美味しかったし、朝食会場も朝日が入る気持ちいい場所で、とても良い環境でした。 反面チェックインの際、入るなり"機械でお願いします"と言われまのはマイナスでした。直ぐに慣れたスタッフがフォローしてくれましたが、接客に不向きな方がいらっしゃると思いました。

今回の旅は1東北13日間の旅で大きなトランクが夫婦で一つずつあだったのでお部屋が広くて助かりました。ゆったり過ごすことができ、大浴場もあり、岩盤浴もありました。ゆっくりさせていただき良き旅のスタートでした。朝食も手作り感があり、色んなものを選択できるようにしてあり、申し分なし！有難き幸せでした。ありがとうございました。
