Dreamy House w. Private Dock by Sea

Wonderful house by the sea with undisturbed location without any neighbors on its own headland. An oasis in the archipelago

Fully renovated (2019) cottage of 50 sqm with 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The summer cottage is located at Mörkö about 50 min by car from Stockholm and 15 min from Trosa. The land is completely private with no neighbors and with its own dock. The cottage offers amenities such as wifi dishwasher, water toilet, shower and newly renovated bathroom. There is also a new air conditioning unit for warm summers and heating in the winter.

There is an option to rent a small motor boat for your stay to explore the surrounding Islands. Let me know before your stay and I will arrange it :)

I have have a 4x4 suv available for rent in Stockholm if you Sony already have a car. Plz check availability with me if you are interested.

Emplacement magnifique
Très jolie maison dans un cadre magnifique, isolée, au calme avec tout le confort. Seul bémol les toilettes à aspiration qui ont dégagé, dès notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour une odeur très désagréable d'urines se répandant dans toute l'habitation. Dommage car endroit idyllique.
