Absolutely wonderful experience. The only incorrect info is that you need to park your car though for $35 or use the valet parking for $50. We loved the downtown location and the Tower view! Comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom, really fancy stay:)!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The customer service is truly outstanding — I love that if you have any questions or need assistance, you can simply send them a text message and they respond quickly with helpful solutions. The bedroom was spotless, very comfortable, and the lighting created such a relaxing atmosphere. I felt completely rested during my stay. Every staff member, from the front desk to the cleaning team, was welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. If I travel to Calgary again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

It’s hard to find good hotels anymore eve 5 stars, le Germain delivered, small touches go a long way the glasses have the room number in it, super clean, huge rooms , really nice sink, good block out blinds Room service breakfast was underwhelming, as it came in disposable cups but supper at the hotel restaurant was really good

we had a car and they DROVE ME NUTS about early checkin by text, but NEVER told us that construction made property access difficult/different from Google. We had to turn the car in, in the rain, then walk three blocks in the rain to get there. If you bug the S*** out of me to check in early by text, you can tell me that it will be VERY difficult to figure out how to park at the front door.

The staff was incredible and so kind and helpful and attentive. I think the AC turning on a lot in the night wasn’t great because of the sound and also the showerhead wasn’t able to stay in place on its own. Otherwise it’s a beautiful hotel
