Our whole stay was excellent!! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great, with lots of selections to choose from. Fresh coffee offered all day. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the WiFi was hard logging into all my devices. Definitely NOT a deal breaker!! We will definitely stay again next time we pass through.

This place is just a little out of town so you’ll need a car to get into town. It’s clean and the rooms are a good size. The breakfast was included and it was pretty good. On check-in the guy seemed disinterested in his job. Other than that it was good.

The facility is newer but it’s poorly built. This is the second time I have stayed here and the second time I have had issues with the door locks. Last stay, room didn’t lock. This stay the door knob mechanism was hanging off the door. Like it had been pryed. Rooms were dirty, old toilet paper from previous guests still being used. Shower dirty. Bathroom door came off the hinges when i tried to exit the bathroom. Ac blows hot, humid air. Staff is very slow to help. Tried to give a lame excuse about the delay to check us in but check out is at 11, check in is at 3, and we were checking in at 3:40. Please don’t give me excuses that you’re still checking people out to get our rooms ready. For $400 a night, not at all impressive and will not be staying here again. Same level as a motel 6 for a much higher price tag.

Ideal location-not far from downtown

We arrived Aug 27, Wed, and sadly there was no one at the front desk. I called out several times and after a few minutes (about 5) someone came to check us in. WE had had a 4 hour drive to get there so that wasn't a great first impression. The young man gave me the room key and it looked like 307 was written on the key card booklet. We went to Rm 307 and a doorknob hanger showed SLEEPING. I told my boyfriend I would go to front desk which I did. The young man said the room was 301 - that room was the farthest from the elevator and sadly my boyfriend has mobility issues. The young man said that was the only room available with a King size bed. I showed the key card booklet to other staff in the morning who agreed that it looked like 307 and not 301. Throughout our stay, there was a different person at front desk. Initially it seemed like no one was at front desk when we needed someone. The hotel was in a good location. Just be aware that the entrance to the hotel from the street has another driveway. My boyfriend initially turned down that driveway but we noticed the error right after we turned. Anyways, I liked the hotel overall and that's why I gave it 4 stars. The service, due to the lack of staff attendance, was given 3 stars. The heated pool was nice. I recommend the Dorn's restaurant which was recommended to us by the young man who checked us in.

The window blids in my room were switch operated ... but they would ,only, work. All the way up .. or all the way down. So , there were no controls for in between . Either al. The way open or all the way closed.

Nobody at front desk when we arrived. Key provided but no room # so we had to go back down to get it. Tried to get us to join Hampton membership for WiFi. Room was stuffy. Windows don’t open.
