I reserved an accessible room. When I arrived, there wasn't one available. No TV reception in the room. Spectrum "offline" is what it said. Toilet did a half flush every 5 minutes (I timed it). No cups in the room, had to ask for some at front desk. No plastic bag for the ice bucket and no top for it. Sink was stained and had surface cracks. Floor looked like it hadn't been mopped lately. Thankfully the bed and sheets looked okay. I won't be staying at that hotel again.

This hotel has suffered hurricane damage and is currently undergoing construction. While I understand the challenges, there's no excuse for not disclosing this information across all platforms. If you're looking for a 6 AM wake-up call courtesy of heavy machinery on-site, this is the place for you! Be cautious of nails on the floor—though there’s a notice about it at the reception desk. We attempted to get a refund, and while I did receive one, it came with a catch. They recharged the first night at full price, despite my original discounted rate, deducting the difference from the remaining nights before issuing the refund. Others in our group also tried for a refund, but when Expedia intervened, the hotel falsely claimed there was no construction. The reality? Loud construction noise, a pool closed due to ongoing work, and sections of the property missing a roof with workers visibly present. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was appalling: dirty sheets, a filthy fridge, and grimy floors. What’s most frustrating is the administration's refusal to acknowledge these issues. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Property is under construction (changing the roof) because of the hurricane damages. Dirty rooms, stained sheets, no pool. Workers yelling, noisy machinery, nails at the floor, in resume, an unsafe place. When trying to cancel the reservation the next morning after that horrible first night, they denied to Expedia that they were on a construction. Expedia didn't refund the money because the property didn't want to accept the situation, so, me, the costumer, ended up paying a different hotel since day 2 out of 5. Horrible experience! Don't stay at this place until managing change!

Room was dirty, long hair between sheets, long hair on sink. Beds just remade and not changed it appears and front desk blames new house keeper. Checked in then told no TV as satellite dish was removed and not replaced/set up yet. No discount. This is a very old hotel and even the paint doesn’t hide the need for a tear down and rebuild. Choose some other place!

The staff here is really friendly but the hotel itself was very basic. We were just stoping by for the night to get a shower and some rest. Our room had no hand soap, no klenexes, and only 2 towels and we had 4 person room as 4 people were staying there. The floors were dirty and unswept. Breakfast was very limited as well. My kids wanted cereal and they were out of milk. They had no plates but when asked the staff, she kindly searched for some. Other food look like it had been sitting out all night. The room could have been nice but needed some TLC.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property. Because of busy travel weekend places I would normally stop while traveling (e.g. Hampton Inn). The pictures looked “okay” and I wasn’t aware Wyndham owned decrepit properties. Dirty room, chipping paint everywhere, stained towels/washcloths, etc., The property is a mess and it was noisy. Definitely NOT worth $120. More appropriate for renting by the hour maybe.

The room was dirty like not cleaned bugs everywhere so I called the front desk to be accommodated with a different room , that one looked better but looks can be deceiving luckily I have cleaning products in my car while traveling because you just never know ..I used one of their dirty stained hand towels and wiped down everything from the bathroom to the lamp fixtures to the microwave even the floor where we’d be walking when I tell you that hand towel was pitch black there is no way they clean these rooms absolutely no way .. it was 8:54am and there was bamming on my door when checkout is at 11 I requested a 12pm checkout and was woken up at 11:18 by a manager being absolutely rude .. they have s*x trafficking vibes one man kept following me taking what now seems to be pictures and all around being weird even my boyfriend was uncomfortable I was afraid to walk outside by myself .. please save your money and go else where

This hotel stay was disappointing from start to finish. The building looked incredibly old, and the door was so filthy it looked contaminated—just touching it felt unappealing. Inside, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom tub was clogged, and the entire room smelled stale. Although the staff member at the lobby was kind and let me park under the security camera due to my concerns, it was small comfort. The supposed "breakfast" was nonexistent, and even the coffee machine looked too dirty to consider using. Unfortunately, arriving so late (1 AM) left me without options, so I stayed the night but left first thing in the morning. Avoid this place if you're looking for a restful, clean stay.
