Pros: beds and pillows were comfy, busy area close to where we were going, friendly staff Cons: no air circulation, AC vents very dirty, food was bland, you could hear everything inside and out, room spelt like someone smoked in there before us/funky smell. We'd stay again if in that area but definitely ask for a different room.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Lake Eola. Our one major complaint was the unbelievable amount of street noise that can be heard when in the room. We could barely sleep due to the motorcycles & bass from cars driving by. Had it not been for putting on white noise from an app on my phone we wouldn’t have gotten a second’s worth of sleep.

The hotel itself was in great conditions and was fairly clean. The reason for the 3 in overall, was due to the door being locked to enter after a certain time. I get it is due to the area but if the door will be locked, then there should be an option for guest to scan room key and enter rather than waiting for someone to open the door if the guard isn't on phone or asleep.

This was a great experience staying with embassy suites. We were attending a concert at the KIA Center- this was the perfect location to be able to walk to the event! The staff was so cordial and friendly! The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was much better than expected. Only negatives...there aren't USB chargers in the room(not that I could find) so make sure that you bring adequate equipment to charge your devices and although the hotel has made every effort to buffer the traffic noise, it is still VERY noisy at night. Thankfully, I brought a travel sound machine which helped greatly!
