Nice location close to restaurants and lake. The breakfast was really vast with many options. Room was spacious and clean. Decent gym and small pool. Street noise was a little annoying and I found the room to be pricey compared to similar hotels — I think because we stayed on a weekend when there was a concert

The rooms were great. I love the separate bedroom. I did have to pull on room door to make sure it closed, while the door to the room next to use seemed to slam everytime someone used it. Glass elevators needed to be cleaned and the parking was across the street. Everything else was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was perfect, except for the rude check-in (check-out was great) and the room cleaning service, which we used only one day. She didn't replace the soap containers and the glasses were dirty. The Restaurant was excellent.

Great location for a show at the Dr. Philips Center with a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast service a definite plus…but let’s talk about the mattress situation. Yes, I am quite picky about mattress comfort and I felt like I was being folded up like a burrito in that bed. Overall, I would probably stay here again.

Wi-fi was down so they couldn't see what room was ready. They did an excellent job with the amount of people checking in, making sure they got a room as fast ss they could. They had t physically check rooms to see if they were ready and then walk us to them becsuse they couldn't make cards. Their customer service was top notch!
