Lovely property, great host
20.25 acres is a lot of property, and it is gorgeous. It was mostly just the two of use, and the house is the perfect size for 2. We had friends for one night and 6 was a bit much for the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Great walks in the area, and both Buttermilk Falls and Camp Plymouth State Park are within easy driving distance. Having a garage was a bonus we hadn't expected. Tim is a responsive and helpful host. We cannot wait to get back to this delightful, comfortable, and welcoming home and property!

Great stay!
We really enjoyed everything about this property! It sits on a beautiful open area of land, where we had tons of animal visitors each day. We would frequently see turkeys and deer, probably attracted by all the fruit trees! The house itself was extremely comfortable, with a great deck and grill. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The area is also really good, close to the white rocks recreation area, the town of Ludlow, and obviously just a short trip down to the lake. Really peaceful, really beautiful.
