My original room had a huge stain on the top blanket and a redoubt brown stain on the sheet. I requested another top blanket due to the huge stain but it never came despite waiting for hours. The heat didn't work the gist day but was switched to another room.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Also the hotel is located at a active part of the city with stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean and spacious (although the bathroom was a tight fit). Includes a small mini fridge but no microwave. No smart TV but plenty of channels. Rooms have individual temperature control that actually works. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the bartenders. In house restaurant is convenient, delicious, and reasonably priced. The location is secured due to its proximity to the train station. Definitely do not book here if you are a light sleeper...those trains run all day and night. The welcome cookie is my favorite perk :) Staff was friendly, especially the bartenders.

Very convenient for getting into Manhattan. Lobby is connected to Penn Station. Rooms are nice. Good security. Only complaint is the lobby isn’t very nice and has limited amenities.

Location is great, right next to train station amd e0 min ride into NYC. Room (726) was good, carpet was pretty stained though. Would say this hotel could use a quick refresh to the rooms, maybe some new carpet and touch up the paint.

I paid for a double room with two queen beds, but at check-in only a single room was available. It’s disappointing that the hotel oversells rooms that are not actually available at check-in — it’s a shame. The extra bed they provided was extremely uncomfortable. Everything in the hotel looks old and poorly maintained. The only positive aspect of my stay was the bellhop at the main entrance, who was very helpful, and the reason for the one star.
