The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and sheets were nice and comfy as well. TV had cable with a lot of channels, including HBO. The coffeemaker in the room is single cup brew. There's also a minifridge and microwave which my mom appreciated. Those are the positives. The negatives are that although the hotel is non-smoking, stale cigarette smoke permeates the rooms. Also, the check-in building (also where breakfast is set up) is separate from the building where your room is located. This means that you must exit the building where your hotel room is located. Walkor drive to the check-in building in the front for breakfast. If you're young and/or have a car - not a big deal. It's a strange set up, more like a motel, but would be okay for most guests. However, if you're elderly and have mobility issues (like my mother) it's problematic. Especially in poor weather. The other positive was the housekeepertending to the 3rd floor was awesome. I regrettably forgot to get her name. She was very attentive. The clerk at check-in was very nice too.

This hotel was not what we expected. ..the pics misled us. The staff of the hotel were fantastic. Our first room was ridden with smokers smell.... Not to mention, the sheets were filthy( one of the first things we check are sheets for bed bugs). The staff moved us to a better room... We got all settled.... it was "ok" for the night... in the later part of the evening discovered a nest of ladie bugs in the corner. I woke up with one crawling on my face!!!!! We were called to an emergency at home and left early ...but if we hadn't, I would have checked out anyway. I do not reccomend this hotel if you are a clean freak. We also didn't sleep well bc if paper thin walls.... Woke up to middle of the night shenanigans and loud music.

the front desk staff are usually all very nice. the woman who oversees the breakfast is a sweetheart. most of the time it’s a very nice peaceful environment. i’ve stayed there a zillion times over the past few years. for some odd reason i feel the head of housekeeping woman has an issue with us. and we take long when we are leaving because we have ocd and actually start cleaning the room. lol. seriously. we even wash the filters and vents. crazy but we were in that field many yrs in management positions so old habits die hard

We were happy to find a place where we could stay with our dog for the night. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof at all. We could see light around the main door, and the sound poured in freely. We had neighbors who partied till 3 AM. Door were slammed or knocked on, and we and our dog could hear everything. Our dog thought he had to protect us, so he barked every time. I imagine our other neighbors heard him barking for which I deeply apologize. The room was decent, and the pillows were fabulous. The toiletries left a lot to be desired. Conditioning shampoo is a misnomer...it does not condition at all. The towels were super thin. We appreciated the location and it being dog friendly, but the value did not match the cost. It was definitely overpriced for the area and the amenities offered.

My room had bed bugs. I observed one on the bed as I was getting ready to sleep. I am extremely allergic so jumped out of bed and unfortunately failed to get a photo, but I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the room. No alternative accommodation was offered, leaving me to call hotels in the area and spend additional money to find a different stay.
