Private Mt. Pleasant home with a Pool!

We are excited to be hosting guests since March 22, 2019! We will update pictures of our home as we make changes and/or additions. This house is approximately 2000 square feet with a FROG (finished room over garage, no closet). The kitchen is open to the dining room and breakfast room. The dining room has a fireplace and table that will seat 6 people. The breakfast room is off the kitchen and seats 4 people and opens to the screen porch. We also have a large living room off the dining room perfect for lounging, reading a book, watching tv or just relaxing. The living room also has 2 double doors that also open to the screen porch. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms and the frog have queen beds, and the master bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom. The FROG has a window unit for heat/air new 2021. Hardwood and tile flooring are throughout the house. Brand new LVP flooring in the bedrooms December 2021. New bed and mattress in first bedroom on left down hall 2022. New mattress and frame in frog 2022. New bench on front porch new 2023. RING installed Aug 2023 at front door for safety. New grill 2024.

We added 7 palm trees to the property. The backyard is still a work in progress, but we are working on it.

Kitchen:
Stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses and plastic to accommodate our guests cooking needs. Frig has water and ice dispenser. Microwave, toaster and keurig also provided. We provide 1 complementary roll of paper towels. and 4 rolls of toilet paper.

Activities:
We have new chairs 2023 (4), 2 loungers and an umbrella by the pool. We also provide beach chairs and bikes to ride to all the close attractions.

Kid Friendly:

Our pool is totally enclosed and open year round, but not heated. We have also installed alarms on both porch doors that can be turned on or off so that you know if your child has exited towards the pool. We also have a high chair and pack - n - play.

Come enjoy the Charleston weather by sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee or hang out by the pool in the warm sun. This house is located minutes to Sullivan's Island Beach, Isle of Palms, and downtown Charleston. ST250198, Biz License #20105742.

Amazing property in beautiful neighborhood

Went up with my parents and our 3 children, 4 and under. The house was beautiful! The photos do not do it justice! The rooms are all spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My parents stayed in the FROG and couldn’t hear any of our kids commotion early in the morning. We were initially concerned about the pool and our kids, but the property is equips with alarms and all the safety features that gave us peace of mind. If you’re traveling with small children too, there was a pack n play and highchair! We would definitely stay at this property again!

This property is wonderful. The floor plan is open and inviting and can accommodate a nice gathering. And the pool gave us some wonderful relaxing down time. The host just might be the best I have ever had. So responsive. I highly recommend, Nice neighborhood and close to so many things. 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Just loved it.

Great vacation spot!

The quaint neighborhood is central to everything you could need. We stayed for the week and enjoyed the beach, downtown Charleston, and the local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Perfect Charleston Trip Spot

We came for my father in law’s 70th and had the best experience. Had everything we needed and Kendra was super responsive with any needs of questions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something close to Charleston, the beach any many other attractions.

Great location and great hostess

We enjoyed staying a month at this home. The location was perfect for us. It was close to my daughter, close to our grandkids school, very close to Sullivan Island and beach, close to Shem Creek & downtown Charleston. Kendra is an excellent communicator and has responded to all our requests promptly. Thank you Kendra. The only thing we did not like was accessibility with our bikes. It was hard to get out of the neighborhood with bikes so we could not explore outside due to traffic and bad sidewalks. Also, we could not use the pool because it is not heated.

Lovely Charleston Getaway

The property was very nice and spacious. Only 20ish minutes to downtown, there was plenty to see, do, and of course eat. The owner was very friendly and reached out to check in on us for our first night there. The only complaint we had was that we didn’t have enough time to stay longer.

Perfect house for a Charleston get-away

Kendra’s house was perfectly located between Charleston and the beach as well as all the fun in the Shem Creek area. We went kayaking, enjoyed Sullivan's Island, ate at fun restaurants, and visited nice fresh fish sea markets. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms and is well appointed. In the evenings, we relaxed on the screened porch, grilled out, and enjoyed a dip in the pool. Hard to leave and we would stay again!

Amazing home. Amazing location!

I can not say enough about this wonderful home and owners! We were in town for baseball at Shipyard and getting to the fields was easy. Additionally, we were 5-15 minutes from everything from Isle of Parm beach, groceries, Target, restaurants, etc! The owners could not have been nicer or more responsive! The house was beautiful and comfortable, and the pool, screened in porch and grill made for relaxed evenings. We would stay here anytime we are in the area!

EXCELLENT HOST

The communication prior to our trip was amazing and I had a ton of questions. :) She was gracious when we had a family medical issue. When there she brought games over to us. The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and close to so many restaurants (highly recommend Page's Okra Grill!!). I went with my Mom and two sisters - plenty of room for the 4 of us. I will say we didn't find the fourth bedroom until the second day haha! (it is upstairs, accessed behind laundry room door) We had to leave early because of a family emergency so we were unable to do everything we should have done at exiting property. Kendra said she would take care of it and to just go. Honestly, she was kind in every way. She even texted later to check up on my brother in law (who has passed away since leaving). Cleaning the home would have been just one more added stress at the time and even though I am sure it was an inconvenience to her, she did not hesitate to help us. I pray one day we have a chance to go and enjoy her property once again.
