My teen kids and I stayed there, for a concert event in the area. We were nothing short of satisfied. The staff were extremely friendly to my children, allowing them to borrow a marker for the concert. The parking was convenient. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great. Not a single complaint.

Some Improvement Needed
The front desk clerk during our check-in on Thursday was amazing. Probably the best. However, the manager was not as professional and respectful as the clerk. The manager should be more respectful and courtesy to all guest not just the Caucasian ones. The breakfast needs more of a variety not the same items daily. One last thing the hotel should inform its guest housekeeping is only provide by request.

$23.50 to park my car in suburban DC!!!!
Charging $23.50 to park one night is ridiculous! this is not downtown DC, we were 20 minutes out! what's worse is we had already booked and paid for the room, to show up and find out the huge fee, nothing we could do about it. NOT an honest way to do business. also, beds were too firm and breakfast was just so so.

The positive was the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The neighbor the hotel was in I did not feel safe. I let the hotel and went to another hotel downtown at a cheaper rate. Even my Uber driver questioned why was I at this hotel.

It was convenient to the national mall and was priced very affordably. No surprises. The rooms were fairly small, but that’s almost to be expected in large cities.
