Lovely amenities. Staff was friendly. Hotel was not prepared for the soccer tournement and the amount of people. Ran out of beverage glasses, literally could not serve any drinks. food service was painfully slow. It will be interesting to see if they adapt to crowds, we have another event next month.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was quite good. However, the service was just average. I’m not sure if it was because I booked through a third-party platform, but I was given the two worst rooms—both on the second floor, right next to the elevator.

Whoever designed this hotel did an amazing job!!! It was beautiful from the reception area, to the restaurant and pool, to the room. Beautiful sitting areas through the lobby and outside. Made me feel like I was on vacation somewhere else.
