This beautiful newly built villa Marina is located in the picturesque village Neorić where you can relax and enjoy all the modern amenities placed in calm and stress free area.
If you're in search for a place with complete privacy, away from the noisy environment but still fairly close to all local attractions (30km to Split), look no more. The villa is modernly equipped and fully covered with an AC units and it is also worth to mention more than 1000 square meters of private outdoor space.
Villa is built on 1500 square meters property and it has more than 150 square meters of inner space. It consists of 2 floors:
Ground floor consists of cozy living room, dinning area, fully equipped modern kitchen and a toilet.
First floor has 3 rooms (all with AC units), 2 bathrooms and cloth washer/dryer room)
Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and queen size double bed.
Second room consists of 2 single beds that can be attached into one double bed.
Third room has big king size double bed.
All rooms have approach to the balconies.
Whole property is exclusively for the guests and there is no other people on the property.

Excellent modern villa
We stayed at Mateo's modern villa. It was absolutely superb. Everything in the villa is high end top quality appliances, including PS5 for the kids. The communication from Mateo was great from start to finish. Highly recommend this outstanding villa.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir mögen auch die etwas abgelegene und besonders ruhige Gegegend. Wir haben eine wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hauseigentümer war prima. Vor Ort ist der liebe Mateo für uns da gewesen. Ein Wort und er macht alles sofort möglich. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Brot und einer tollen Wurst und Käseplatte empfangen. Auch im Kühlschrank gab es bereits unterschiedliche Getränke für uns. Bei einer Anreise an einem Sonntag mega. Können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!
