I was pleasantly surprised with Hyatt’s amenities and overall experience. We arrived earlier than check in time and Maria was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and provided us room as soon as possible - one hour before our time. The food (we had half board) was sooo good. The guy Ozlur (I hope I’ve spelled it correctly) was super helpful. I’m so happy we’ve stayed here. Thank you, Hyatt!

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Elif from front desk and Sara from housekeeping. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities are excellent.

The room is quiet, big, but they have a problem. The window is not open and it's the view it's looking to the Cemeteries.. location is perfect. If you have a car, you can reach everywhere with 7 to 10 minutes.... talal

Frequent business traveler. One of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Excellent service, superb rooms, varied and quality breakfast (including vegan options) and all at a very reasonable price. Excelllent location with a metro station at the corner and major shopping malls across the street. Higly reccomend

Large modern hotel
The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I was given a free upgrade which meant i had a big room with a sitting area at the front of the hotel. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable though the room was a little too warm. I tried setting the A/C to 20'C but it never got below 21.7 during the two days i stayed. There is no way to get a breeze as the windows are sealed (I hate these modern style hermetically sealed hotel rooms) Breakfast was fine
