Very close to the airport Upscale Great service The only reason I didnt give a 5 Star:: Odour in Men’s restroom on the lobby level Odour in the Massage Room shower.. Overall great value for money!

Sparkling new kid on the airport block
For a short stopover, the convenience to the airport is excellent and being an almost brand new hotel, there is a real effort to make you feel welcome. Offers very good value given the higher cost of other airport hotels.

The staff are responsive, hospitable and helpful. It was hygienic with good upkeep. We were able to use most facilities like the gym and pool and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All in all, it was exactly what we expected and then some.

The hotel is quite new and rooms are a good size and clean. There was a mix up between hotels.com and the hotel over airport transfers - this is the 2nd time it’s happened. The hotel have been excellent about it. Hotels.com have been terrible.

Not worth a 5 star rating
This hotel is located at a clumsy place with no shopping or restaurants around it. The entrance is very deceiving. The restaurant is very expensive with very bland taste. The price is not worth it. We ordered room service palaak paneer was added with artificial colors, naan was too hard and rice was very dry. But we had no other choice. Room was good with steady supply of cosmetics. The registration process was not like a 5 star hotel. I gave a 4 star just because of the restaurant.

5* hotel but on the bottom end of 5*. Service needs a lot of work. Pros: - Relatively clean - Nice swimming pool - Comfortable bed - Affordable - Staff generally have good intentions to try and help Cons: - Checkin was basic - Staff didn't advise any details, i.e. restaurant locations or times, breakfast times, spa times etc. This is expected at check-in. - Checkin didn't notify that I couldn't post charges to the room - Ordered a parcel to the hotel, however it was rejected. I had to waste time coordinating re delivery and hotel acceptance before I received my parcel. Below 5* standard. - Room door didn't close properly - Door lock was broken - Safe didn't work - Cream bottle was empty - Issues calling room service - they did not answer 3 times in a row - Hotel internet is poor - Room service struggled to take payment because their terminal couldn't connect to their internet. Eventually they had to come back later because my food was getting cold. - Advertise a foot massage on the room menu, however staff have no idea and it isn't available - Advertise room mist on the sleep menu, however staff had no idea and it wasn't available - No light switch for the lamp so it stays on all night (had to unscrew the bulb) - Toilet paper is extremely thing and probably not even 1 ply - The bin in the bathroom was extremely dirty and not ben cleaned - Booked spa but they were unable to confirm until 2 hours before treatment time showing lack of consideration
