Reception has lots of staff who will occupy space around you and invade privacy. I wanted to to get the wifi password and one of the staff took my phone away and took it inside their office. No sense of phone privacy and security. In the room, kettle wasn't working

The room was spacious and neat. The ambience was really nice inside the hotel. We took breakfast buffet with out package. Really like the taste and variety they had to offer, staff was friendly. Overall the stay was comfortable after a long journey. We had to extend the stay till 2 pm on the checkout date staff was really helpful and accommodating.
