The first night the room was excellent. However when we entered the room there was a crane outside of the window. On 12/15 at 11 pm my daughter called the front desk because they were doing construction work right outside the window causing a lot of noise. We were told that the hotel was unaware of the construction work but the crane was outside the window the day that we checked in. During the call, the hotel associate said the construction work would stop an hour later at 12 am. While it stopped temporarily at 12 am, the work resumed at 2:30 am and continued until 5 am.

Pros: Check-in was very efficient. Room was well cleaned. Grapes Restaurant for the most part serves very good food (although there is a con). Our room was spacious, nice decor and blissfully quiet. Cons: Despite the front desk supplying more pillows, had a hard time getting a good night's sleep as the filling in the pillows isn't sufficient. There needs to be hooks or even better a towel bar in the bathroom. The partial shower door isn't wide enough and so water from the shower would enter the bathroom floor, creating a mess. There isn't any in-room coffee which wouldn't be so bad if during breakfast at Grapes, a thermal carafe of coffee and one for milk, was left at the table instead of our constantly having to request a refill - 2 out of the 4 times we had breakfast it took 3 requests for coffee before the wait staff filled our coffee. Lastly, Grapes Restaurant should post on their website about the limited food menu on Monday night.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful vibe. The staff generally were very helpful - the ones on the front desk were exceptional, very service-oriented. Location could not be better. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was superlative.
