Nice place! the area is not so nice as hotel. Great staff, great room even without upgrade! They get us the late check out at 2pm. The breakfast is great for hotel, the room is so big and nice.

Great hotel in a good location, particularly for the Central Station which is only a few walk minutes away. About 15/20 minute easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel was very clean with friendly & helpful staff.

Hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic. Only a very short walk from the central station and about 10 minutes to the centre. We didn't have breakfast due to the amount of places to eat in the city. Can't fault the hotel at all but, walking back on a night always felt a little uneasy due to the groups of people loitering around the area. That wouldn't stop us from staying here again at all.

The walls are extremely thin. We could hear people sneeze next door, we heard them every morning when they got up, it was just miserable. The neighborhood the hotel is in is not a nice neighborhood for the hotel to be a 4-star hotel. It was about a 15 min walk or less to Marienplatz which was nice. The front revolving door doesn’t work at all. It was just an OK hotel.

Good location and overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms one day into our stay due to a loud, persistent noise coming from the heater. The process of getting a new room was frustrating, as the front desk staff seemed bothered by the request. Once moved, the room was fine, but the experience could have been handled with more care.

Staff were great, hotel nice, breakfast good. Location ok but a bit of a seedy area. Stayed in Junior suite and they placed us in a corner adjacent to two major construction works. I filled the bath and prior to getting in switched on the water jets. The bath was then filled with loads of past people hairs, dead skin and other gunk. Also the plug was faulty so hard to unplug it manually. Complained to front desk and the bath was cleaned but plug not repaired. Tried again and same outcome so never used the bath. Reception stated there were no other rooms to swap to. I would not stay again.
