The room was clean, spaceous and modern. Breakfast was amazing, although there is a surcharge for it. The area was only OK. Please fix your mini-gym situation as it was literally 90 degrees inside and completely unusable because of that and NOBODY seemed to care to address it. Some people like to workout a little on vacation. You might as well say that you have no gym.

Staff were professional and polite. Room was large with lovely shower. However hotel bar could be bigger and more separate from reception. Also lots of outside noise from street and building work going on around the hotel (not their fault) and I found the mattress to be on the hard side. Perhaps adding some mattress toppers would help.

The location is perfect near the central. Breakfast is normal but with lady ISABELLA becoming great she's a happiness in the place shes too nice, smilly and really helpful.

A good experience gone bad

My low rating is based on one terrible situation - everything else was very good. Overall this was a good hotel, good location, nice room, and the quality of the food at breakfast was also very good. The front desk staff were also great - they were all professional and helpful. Unfortunately there was one person who turned our opinion of this hotel to a bad one. At breakfast on our last day, the breakfast room was mostly empty. We got our food and sat down at a table. When we were almost finished, a worker, “Bruno” walked over to our table, picked up a “reserved” sign, placed it on the table right between me and my spouse, then stood there, smirked at us, and walked away. That was rude, but I picked up the sign and moved it back to the next table and finished eating. After we got up to walk out, Bruno approached us, and scolded us for sitting at a reserved table. I turned to walk away, but he became increasingly rude and would not stop berating us about the table. We walked out, and checked out of our room. We told the person at the front desk about the incident and she said she would talk to Bruno about it. This Bruno person is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed at. This was such an unsettling experience that I will never again make a reservation at a Eurostars hotel because of this. You really need to weed out people like that, or provide better training. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided.

Front desk staff were great. Helped us with dinner recommendations. Bruno and Isabella at the breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Ordering special eggs and omelettes for us each day. Loved the hotel theme!

The location was good, close to the center, but at night it didn't feel too safe to walk around, as it was a bit dark. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with great variety.

The location of the hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the main shopping areas and tram stops. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room could have done with an extra mirror so that you can dry your hair properly but we improvised. The breakfast here is great. There’s something for everyone and we couldn’t fault it. As 2 women we did feel a bit on edge going out in the evening because of the area but on the whole we would stay here again.
