Good location to Oktoberfest.
Hard to really give a good answer to this since we stayed during Oktoberfest. The hotel was functioning. The beds were comfortable and clean. Seemed a little bit rowdy, but I just think that’s the crowd that was there for Oktoberfest. Would stay again if I was in Munich.

München Trip
The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to Munich Hbf and Marienplatz. The staff is very nice and the room was comfortable except for it being right next to an alley and the noise was unbelievable until after 2am. I would recommend staying there but not in room 108.

Ive staying in a lot of budget properties in central Munich and this one is by far the best. Quiet, clean, comfortable, great shower pressure. The service was excellent as well !

So it’s basically a web of lies. I book a three bed room and get a one bed room. Extra 35€ for a cot. Asked about breakfast and told it was included. Ate three and then told it was extra…another 45€. Serious just sleep elsewhere. Other than that, public car park is fine and close to train stations and marianplatz. But still…sleep Eslewhere

We were only at the hotel for one night, but we enjoyed the stay. The hotel was nice and the staff was more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing to write home about. The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. The only objection we had was that our room came with not windows so it sort of felt like we were in a cell rather than a hotel. Unfortunately the hotel was full because of Oktoberfest and they were unable to offer us a different room, but the did offer us some compensation for the inconvenience, which we thought was rather nice of them. Others have complained about the noise from the nightclub below the hotel, but we didn't notice that at all.

There are no full window shades so the sun wakes you up early in the morning. We had a shared balcony and people can see into your room. It is very unnerving. The location is great with transportation right there, but thats about it.

It was a great hotel! Very good location, clean and the most friendly staff (Romiana and Sarah were amazing!). My only criticism is that there was no fridge or coffee. Otherwise it was great. I would come back any time!

Fab location, close to public transport links. Hotel is clean, large room with decent shower, AC, hairdryer, TV, safe. If arriving after 11pm there is no one on the desk and the doors will be locked so make prior arrangements to access hotel and room.

This hotel is overall good value for the money, as it is very conveniently located, even thought it’s quite old and needs renovations. However, beware that there are some rooms that do not have a window!!! We managed to ask the service desk to switch our room (overall front desk was quite nice and helpful), but beware, as they seem to go fully booked.

Location was good hotel very basic the crowds outside till 6 am this morning was to much could here all noise and traffic room to hot bedding old not offered a bottle of water as stated on the read up no air con could not keep window open due to road traffic and dunks from the bar next munich is a wonderful city but this hotel was not for us

Everything about this hotel is convenient! Do ask for a room at the back of the hotel to get away from the noise of the nightclub There is no Aircon but we managed to survive on days it was 30c bring handheld fans. So many places to eat right at your doorstep aswell as being central to all stations. Unfussy rooms, has all the basics bring your own hairdryer. No fridge but a free safe. Would recommend if on a budget and just needing somewhere to rest your head at night.
