Hotel is in a good Location. In desperate need of renovation. Beds are old, uncomfortable and make loud noise every time you move. Toilet ran every couple of minutes for the length of our stay. It’s very clean but smells like dust and has had smokers smoking in there in the past. Staff was very pleasant.

Pleasant stay, freindly helpful staff. Lift button on floor 4 a bit erratic, had to use stairs as did not work a few times. The hot food for breakfast was just luke warm. Apart from that all fine.

This hotel is wildly overpriced. It's not in a particularly great part of town. The amenities are lacking. The room is very dated and not particularly clean. The staff were relatively inattentive.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location to Wiesn and breakfast is great. We stayed for 10 days. It was our second time staying at the Exquisite. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great for families. We were given a suite. Facilities are excellent, cleanliness is superb. Right on the metro exit, offers get flexibility. Only a 1 negative - We had asked for a queen bed but were given a set with 2 single beds joined - It was a bit of discomfort. Overall a great stay.

Definitely not four star... barely even two!
This is not a Four Star hotel. Everything is shabby and tired... not what you would expect from a one bedroom suite. It was a massive disappointment - where the furnishings appear not to have been updated for over 20 years. Breakfast was terrible - the hot food was cold and almost inedible. Good news is that there is a lovely shiny new lift.... shame the investment didn’t extend to the rooms! So, if you want comfort and style then avoid this hotel.

Great location and mice rooms. Great breakfast!! My only gripe was how small the parking garage is. Very difficult to park a station wagon (was able to, but it took a lot of maneuvering with my wife guiding me along with the cameras). Overall recommended.

Love this hotel!
We absolutely loved it here. Great location only minutes away from Marienplatz. Around the corner from delicious schnitzel. We highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was delicious too! Room was very private.
